Building an AMECO AC-1 replica

The Goal

AC-1 Component List

Have C1 - 20uf 450V electrolytic
Need C2 - 400pf variable
Need C3 - 900pf variable
C4, C5, C6 - .001uf 500V +80% -20% disc
Have C7 - 220uf molded mica
C8 - .001uf 500V +80% -20% disc
Have C9 - 22pf +-5% NPO disc

Have R1 - 100K +-20% 2 watt
Have R2 - 15K +-20% 1 watt
Have R3 - 47K +-20% 1/2 watt

Have L2 - RF choke 2.5 mh
Have L3 - RF choke 2.5 mh
Have L4 - RF choke 2.5 mh

Need T1 - Power transformer secondary voltages without load:
6.01 V filaments AC
320 V AC

Have V2 - 6X5GT (or 5852)
Have V1 - 6V6GT

• DC mA plate current:
22 mA (with old 6V6GT): 2.5 W
40 mA (with NOS 6V6GT): 5.0 W
J1 Socket, octal, 8 pin, black

I prefer a FT-243 xtal socket...got one ?

S1 SPST Slide switch, black
TB1 Terminal strip, two screw
TS1 Terminal strip, 3 lug, 3AHA
Have XV1 Socket, octal, 8-pin, black
Have XV2 Socket, octal, 8-pin, black
Have XL1 Socket, 5 prong (for plug-in coil form) Actually 4 prong coil are ok too

L1 For 40 Meters: 15 1/2 turns of #22 enameled wire close wound on 5 prong coil form. For 80 Meters: 28 1/2
turns.

Need (The AMECO coil form measures approx. the inside diameter of an octal tube socket and has a 5-pin base)Actually 4 prong coil are ok too

Project Comments:

I see what appears to be a power supply choke in the picture but there is no choke in the schematic ?????????

What no fuse either.....for shame ;-)
